At Samplize, we want you to be confident in your color choice; however, due to the specialized nature of our peel-and-stick paint samples, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please follow the steps below to receive a complimentary replacement.
Inspect Your Package
Upon delivery, carefully examine your paint samples to ensure they arrived in perfect condition and match the colors you selected.
Document Issues
In the event of damage or a fulfillment error, take clear photos of the affected samples and the original shipping packaging.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the photos of the damaged items attached.
Receive Replacement
Once your claim is verified, we will expedite a replacement shipment of the correct samples to you at no additional cost.
